How to Order?

In order to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, our products are ordered by categories. Each category has a suggestive name for all the products it contains.

1. Choose the best fitted gift for your heir.
   • Click on the category's name that represents a possible match for the gift you want to purchase. The products contained in this category will be displayed, 10 on a page. To navigate through the catalog's pages, click:
• "Next" to go forward.
• "Previous" to return to the page of interest.
• Click on the name or on the picture of the product which description you would like to see. A new page will be displayed where all the contents of the gift will be enumerated. Click on "Buy Now" to place an order. An order is represented by all the products contained in the shopping basket, that will be delivered at the address you entered.

1. From the shopping basket window you can return to shop by clicking on "Continue" or you can go to checkout by clinking on "Checkout".
   • If you wish to return to the shopping pages click on the "Continue" button. This action will redirect you to the pages where all the products are displayed. Please follow the procedure described above to add items to your shopping cart.
   • When you would like to finalize the transaction and pay for the shopping cart's contents, click on the "Checkout" button. You will be directed towards a new window where you will be able to enter all the transaction's details.

1. In order to complete the transaction you will have to log into the system. If you had previous orders and you already have an account with us, type in your user name and your password, then click on the "Login" button. If this is your first visit on the www.romcadou.com web site please click on the "Continue" button which will enable you to create an account. Below in the "Data Privacy" section you can find information on how RomCadou uses the data provided by you.

1. Once you are logged into the account you will have to enter information required for the completion of the transaction.
   • Enter/Verify your address.
   • Enter the address of the recipient.
   • Click on the "Continue" button.
   • Enter hte desired delivery date.
   • Click on the "Continue" button.
   • Select the payment method. Please read all the details regarding the different payment methods, below, in the "Purchase Methods" section.
   • The confrimation for your order will be dispayed on the screen and it will be, as well, sent through email.

1. Once the confirmation is sent and the payment is received, your order will be processed in at most 48 hours, and according to your instructions it will be delivered.
